MSC HALF DAY VIRTUAL MINDFULNESS SILENT RETREAT ON 19 APRIL 2020
Find peace and joy in tough times by applying “COVID-19”. Join our half day virtual mindfulness silent retreat via Zoom on 19 April (Sunday), with the first half of the day in English and the second half in Mandarin.

1 – 1 Single Focus as an anchor to the present moment
9 – 9 Attitudes of mindfulness: Non-Judging, Acceptance, Patience, Beginner’s mind, Trust, Non-Striving, Letting Go, Gratitude, Generosity
Morning session (in English): 08:00-12:00
Afternoon session (in Mandarin): 12:00-16:00
This retreat is open to anyone who would like to explore a mindful and playful way to find peace & joy in the midst of COVID-19 outbreak.
